The Charming, pleasant Mrs. Pamela Prom, presented me to her Courteous Husband, Mr. John Prom in 2012 during one of my visits to Maryland.

John and I discovered that we both have a Passion for Family Genealogy , History and Culture. I was priviledged to get a copy of the “ Centenial Magazine of Les Etablissements MAUREL & PROM, the First French Company that was founded in Bordeaux, France by Jean Hubert Prom and Jean Hilaire Prom, descendants of the Prom Family. Many years later, the successful French Company extended to Saiint-Louis, Goree, Rufisque & Dakar( les 4 Communes) and eventually in Bathurst.

John, always had a smile to give to people , whenever they met. I would never visit Maryland without calling , Pamela and John; they would never meet my daughter, Fatma without sending me greetings.

John, you will be sorely missed, fare thee well.
